I. LED BASED SOLAR STREET LIGHT

 
1. ADVANCED-1 STREETLIGHT (Model Number SSL1)
The Advanced-1 streetlight has 9 power LEDs and produces powerful illumination. These solar driven streetlights come with easy installation and the hassles of digging, laying down cable wires, establishing transformer distribution points etc are done away with. They are ideal for illumination in the main roads/areas of campuses, lighting up streets, gardens etc. Ideal distance between two such streetlights should be 15 meters.

Following are the other features:
  • 12V 32W amorphous solar panel
  • 12V 26 Ah sealed maintenance free battery in a box
  • 1x9 W LED lamp
  • Automatic dusk to dawn operation
  • Electronic card for auto dimming capabilities (dimming after 6 hours)
  • Suitable optics for greater lateral spread
  • 5 meter high pole
  • Autonomy 2 days


2. ADVANCED-2 STREETLIGHT (Model Number SSL2) (Double Sided)
These double sided streetlights come with 8 power LEDs, with 4 LEDs on each side of the pole. These are ideal for campus lighting especially on roads with dividers. Ideal distance between two streetlights should be 10 meters. 


Following are the other features:
  • 12V 32W amorphous solar panel
  • 12V 26 Ah sealed maintenance free battery in a box
  • Two 1x4 W LED lamps on either side of the pole
  • Automatic dusk to dawn operation
  • Electronic card for auto dimming capabilities (dimming after 6 hours)
  • Suitable optics for greater lateral spread
  • 5 meter high pole
  • Autonomy 2 days

3. REGULAR STREETLIGHT (Model Number SSL3)
These are 6 W, single side streetlights and most popular in terms of usage. Like the Advanced Streetlights, these find typical application in the campus outdoor lighting, gardens, swimming pools etc with slightly lower illumination levels. The ideal distance between two streetlights should be 10-12 meters.

Regular Streetlight comes with the following features:
  • 12V 24W amorphous solar panel
  • 12V 18 Ah sealed maintenance free battery in a box
  • Two 1x6 W LED lamp
  • Automatic dusk to dawn operation
  • Electronic card for auto dimming capabilities (dimming after 6 hours)
  • Suitable optics for greater lateral spread
  • 5 meter high pole
  • Autonomy 2 days
 
4. 220V LED BASED STREETLIGHTS
These are powerful LED Streetlight fixtures which run on 220 V AC supply. As compared to the regular sodium and halogen lamps, these LED fixtures consume very less power, emit less heat and are highly durable while still giving a similar light output. Thus the payback period ranges anywhere between 1 year and 2.5 years. They are suitable for both campus and highway lighting on roads. Distance between two streetlights depends on the height of pole and could be between 12 and 20 meters.

SOLAR POWER PACKS
Pegasus also specializes in designing and installing solar power packs for industries, residential societies, individual houses, campuses etc. The system installation is done so as to offer maximum economic value to the customer and hence not every load is recommended to be run on solar power. Solar panels are installed in the three available categories – amorphous, crystalline and flexible thin film PV modules depending on the requirement..
